Minimum 20-30 hours per week.


Summary:

UMG is in search of a Global Admin who will perform a variety of duties on a day to day basis. This person would ideally be a strong communicator, proactive, and be able to be responsible for a variety of tasks on a day to day basis. This person would be working hand in hand in a team oriented environment with the goal of completing goals/tasks. Providing amazing customer support is what drives our UMG support team, to give the players the best experience possible here on UMG Online. If you have customer support experience in this type of role, love video games, and think you'd be a great addition, we'd love to talk to you!

Responsibilities:

- Ability to work in a team oriented environment to accomplish the following tasks:

 - Handling match support tickets for various different game titles, such as: Call Of Duty, Fifa, Madden

 - Handling in game match issues during tournaments

 - Providing support to players over live support during tournaments as well as general site support

Requirements:

- A home computer or laptop that is capable of handling multiple of the following applications at once:

 - TeamSpeak

 - Slack

 - Google Chrome / Firefox

 - Additional Software as required per task

- Game Consoles:

 - PS4

 - XBOX ONE

 - Must have an active PS PLUS or XBOX LIVE membership

- Video Games:

 - Call Of Duty: Franchise

 - Fortnite

 - Halo: Franchise

 - Madden: Franchise

 - Fifa: Franchise
