BETER Secures Supplier Licence to Operate in Arizona
BETER has secured a supplier licence in Arizona, allowing it to offer sports and esports betting solutions to licensed operators, advancing its U.S. expansion.

Global fast‑betting content and data provider BETER has officially secured a supplier licence from the Arizona Department of Gaming, allowing it to supply its betting products and services to regulated operators in the U.S. state. This marks a significant step in the company’s ongoing expansion across key regulated U.S. markets.
Under Arizona law, a supplier licence permits companies to manufacture, distribute, sell or lease gaming systems, data, or services to licensed event wagering operators and related platforms once state requirements are met. The licence is typically valid for two years and subject to renewal if compliance with regulatory standards is maintained.
For BETER, the new licence means entering the regulated Arizona betting ecosystem as an approved supplier. Instead of operating as an unlicensed or offshore provider offering content to players directly, it can now partner with licensed sportsbooks and sports betting apps that are authorised by the state’s regulator. Being on the approved supplier list legitimises BETER’s presence, ensures its products meet regulatory testing and compliance standards, and clears the way for official integrations with operators authorised in Arizona.
Here's what Gal Ehrlich, CEO of BETER has to say:
This licence is a significant milestone in BETER’s U.S. growth strategy. Arizona is a key state in the burgeoning regulated U.S. market, and we’re excited to offer our esports and live betting content to licensed operators here. We look forward to contributing to the state’s dynamic betting landscape while delivering our products to fans in a fully compliant manner.
Arizona’s Online Betting Landscape

Arizona legalized mobile and online sports betting in 2021, creating a competitive market where fans can place wagers through licensed apps anywhere in the state. There are more than a dozen operators active, including major brands such as DraftKings, BetMGM, FanDuel, and others. The regulated market has grown rapidly, with billions wagered annually and most bets now placed through mobile platforms.
Unlike some states that also permit online casinos, Arizona currently allows online sports betting, but does not yet have a fully regulated online casino framework. That means suppliers like BETER are focusing largely on sports and esports content, data feeds, and fast‑betting formats that appeal to licensed sportsbooks and their customers.
Securing a supplier licence is a big deal for BETER because it positions the firm among a widening pool of recognized partners in North America’s regulated market. Sportsbooks increasingly seek diverse and engaging content to attract new customers and retain existing ones. BETER’s portfolio, which includes proprietary esports tournaments and live data‑driven markets can now be offered to Arizona operators in a compliant way.
Here's what Valeriia Tarchynska, Chief Legal Officer at BETER, said:
Securing this supplier licence reflects the hard work and dedication of our team, who have been committed to ensuring we meet all regulatory standards. Arizona's approval is a testament to our strong relationships with partners, and we look forward to continuing to build out our presence in the U.S. market.
A Key Milestone in BETER’s U.S. Expansion Strategy
Regulated markets like Arizona require suppliers to meet strict standards on integrity, fairness, testing, and compliance before they can be authorised. This process protects players and ensures operators integrate only certified systems and data services. Securing the licence reflects BETER’s capability to operate under these standards and signals confidence from regulators about its technology and operational controls.
This move also aligns with broader U.S. expansion efforts. BETER has previously secured approvals in Colorado and New Jersey, and has been expanding its reach in other states where regulated gaming products are in demand.
