Team Falcons Lead Esports World Cup 2026 With Most Qualified Events
Team Falcons enter the Esports World Cup 2026 with the most qualified events, putting the reigning Club Championship winners in a strong position once again.

The race for the Esports World Cup Club Championship is officially underway, and no organization enters the tournament with a broader competitive footprint than Team Falcons.
With the first main-event competitions beginning on July 6 in Paris, the Saudi Arabian organization has already qualified for 20 of the tournament's 25 events, giving it more opportunities than any other club to earn points toward the $30 million Club Championship, including the $7 million grand prize awarded to the overall winner.
While qualifying for more tournaments doesn't guarantee success, it does provide more chances to finish inside the top eight, the only placements that award Club Championship points.
Team Falcons Lead the Way
Team Falcons once again finds itself in a strong position after dominating last year's Club Championship. The organization has already secured places in 20 events and could still increase that number through the remaining CrossFire and Rainbow Six Siege X qualifiers.
French powerhouse Team Vitality follows with 16 qualified events, giving the home crowd plenty to cheer for throughout the seven-week festival. The organization could still add three more appearances through the remaining qualifiers in CrossFire, EA SPORTS FC 26, and Street Fighter 6.
Rounding out the top three is AG.AL International, which has already qualified for 15 events and remains in contention for additional spots in Overwatch 2, Rainbow Six Siege X, and Tekken 8.

| Ninjas in Pyjamas | 8 |
| Twisted Minds | 8 |
| Geekay Esports | 8 |
| GodLike Esports | 8 |
Numbers may still change as the remaining Last Chance Qualifiers conclude.
More Events Mean More Opportunities
The Club Championship rewards consistency rather than dominance in a single title.
Instead of focusing on individual championships, organizations accumulate points whenever their teams finish inside the top eight of an Esports World Cup event. That format places a premium on fielding competitive rosters across multiple games, making qualification breadth almost as valuable as winning titles.
This year's expanded competition features 25 tournaments across 24 games, creating more scoring opportunities than ever before. Clubs capable of competing across several genres, including MOBAs, tactical shooters, fighting games, battle royales, and sports titles, stand to benefit the most.

Not Every Qualified Club Can Earn Championship Points
Interestingly, qualifying for the tournament isn't enough to compete for the Club Championship itself.
Most of the organizations near the top of the qualification rankings are members of the Esports World Cup Foundation's Club Partner Program, which provides selected organizations with annual funding while making them eligible to compete for Club Championship points.
However, Aurora Gaming and Geekay Esports are notable exceptions. Despite qualifying for 11 and eight events respectively, neither organization is part of the Club Partner Program, meaning they won't be eligible to earn Club Championship points regardless of their tournament finishes.
With several Last Chance Qualifiers still to be played, the qualification standings could still change before every event gets underway. Even so, Team Falcons begins the Esports World Cup in the strongest position, with more chances than any other organization to defend its Club Championship crown and compete for the tournament's record-breaking prize pool.
